  • Senior PPC Analyst

    Are you passionate about crafting PPC strategies that drive conversions and exceed client expectations? If the thrill of optimizing digital campaigns gets your heart racing, you might just be the person we’re looking to hire on our growing media team.

    We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented, analytical wizard to:

    • Strategize and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of digital platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms, ensuring they align with our clients’ business goals.
    • Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies that engage and convert target audiences.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to inform and refine campaign strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to drive decisions that optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
    • Adjust bids, test ad copy, and refine targeting strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
    • Prepare detailed reports on campaign results, offering insights and recommendations for future strategies to both internal teams and clients.
    • Stay up-to-date with PPC and SEM trends, tools, and best practices to keep our campaigns cutting-edge.

    Qualifications we’re seeking:

    • A proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of conversion metrics.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Experience with PPC and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting compelling ad copy and presenting complex information in an understandable way.
    • 3+ years of experience in PPC or digital marketing, with a preference for candidates who have thrived in an ad agency environment.
    • A collaborative mindset, ready to work across departments to create campaigns that are not only innovative but also effective and cohesive.
    • Familiarity with landing page optimization and A/B testing tools to continuously improve campaign performance.

Our team works from anywhere that fits their lifestyle (home, the beach, a coffee shop, or on the sidelines of soccer practice). And we make time for in-person, deeper collaboration at our office as needed.
