KlariVis: Showing Up Like A Category Leader

Design
KlariVis is an analytics platform built by bankers for bankers; the kind of B2B fintech whose most important relationships still get made in person, across a table, at an industry conference.
That makes the trade show floor the highest-stakes marketing surface the company has. It’s where a community bank CEO decides in four seconds whether a vendor is serious. After rebranding KlariVis, we built the physical presence to match: booth, kiosk, motion graphics, demo video, brochure, and a gift box worth carrying back to the hotel.
About The Work
Four seconds to look like the real thing
A trade show booth is a brand argument compressed into a single glance. For KlariVis, we showcased the product on screen; not just an empty promise. But an inside look at an environment that showed the company was more an enterprise software company than a startup with a table.
The system ran across the booth canvas and kiosk, a motion graphic and product demo video playing on loop, a rebuilt product brochure, and a branded gift box. One visual language, every surface, so a banker who saw the booth on a Tuesday still recognized the brochure on their desk the next month.
The things people actually take home
Booth traffic is the “easy” part. What matters is what leaves with them. The rebuilt brochure gave bankers something substantial to carry back, and the branded snack box gave them a reason to. Small things, but at a conference where every vendor is handing out the same pen, they’re the difference between being remembered and being recycled.
Client Review
I don’t know of any other way to explain working with HIFI other than they “get it.” As former bankers turned FinTech, I can’t tell you how much easier it makes building a brand with a team that truly speaks our language and understands the nuances that make up the financial services industry.
