Nymbus builds the technology modern banking runs on including digital banking, payments, and core solutions for banks and credit unions.
By 2020, the company was ready to tell a bigger story: not just the platform, but everything a financial institution needs to launch something new with it, from the brand to the go-to-market. Over two years, HIFI helped position that offer, build the messaging behind it, and make it tangible enough for bank buyers to picture.
Banking technology gets bought off feature lists. The offer here was bigger than a feature list could hold.
“Launch a niche digital bank” is hard to picture until someone shows you one.
Banks, credit unions, and fintech partners each needed to find themselves in the same story.
The offer was new. The market hadn’t seen it work yet and the go-to-market had to supply the belief.
Strategy & Positioning
The fastest way to explain a niche digital bank is to show one. We concepted and designed a portfolio of them with ideas like GigMoney for gig workers, Bluprint for contractors, SeriesF for franchisees, and Activate for green-energy financing. Each brand idea had a name, an identity, and an audience promise complete enough to feel real. The concepts gave sales conversations something to point at: proof the offer wasn’t hypothetical.

Launching Labs
Nymbus Labs was the offer behind the concepts: the team that would take a bank from idea to a live niche brand. We gave it a name, a look, and two launch films: one for the platform, one for the pitch that a bank could think like a brand. Everything in the Labs identity had to work as a wrapper for whatever brand came out of it.
Content that carries the story
A new position needs a steady supply of proof. We built the flagship pieces that carried it into market: the LAUNCH solutions overview, signature whitepapers, and milestone content including the fifth-anniversary brochure and its executive fireside chat series. Substance for the story the sales team was telling.
